New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) 2022

New Brunswick Express Entry Stream:
This stream is in line with the Federal Express Entry stream. In this stream, the federal Express Entry stream is used to select candidates who meet the requirements of the New Brunswick labour market.
In this program, only Expression of Interest is accepted. The selected candidates will get permanent residency through IRCC and settle in New Brunswick.

NB Skilled Workers Stream:This stream mainly accepts those applicants who have desired education, and work experience in the New Brunswick labour market and also have a full-time, permanent job offer from the local employer.
Eligibility Criteria:

The applicants must have a permanent and full-time job offer from the local employer of New Brunswick with minimum wages set by the provincial government.

The job offer should be eligible for occupation under the occupation list.

The applicants must meet the labour market requirements for the said job.

Applicants must be between 22 to 55 years.

The applicant must receive a support letter from the employer.

The applicants must show a paid working experience of a minimum of one year.

Language proficiency test score of minimum CLB level 4.

Educational qualification equal to Canadian High School Diploma.

The applicant's minimum score should be 60 points in various selection factors.

NB Business Immigration Stream:This stream is mainly for those applicants who have an interest in opening and managing their business in New Brunswick. The applicants are required to live and manage their business in New Brunswick with monetary investments and create new jobs to help the local economy.
Eligibility criteria:

Applicants must be between 21 to 59 years.

The applicant must have a business experience of minimum of 3 years in the last five years as a business owner with a minimum of 51% shares or as a senior business manager.

The proposed business by the applicant must provide growth in the local economy.

The applicants should continue with their previous business or start a new business which should be considered Private for earning profit through sales or services.

The applicant's business idea should be able to create new full-time jobs for citizens or permanent residents in NB.

The proposed business should be set up as a sole proprietorship.
-
In the case of partners, the partner should be a permanent resident or citizen.
-
The applicants should make a minimum investment of CAD 150,000 with equity of a minimum of 33.30%.

If you want to purchase an existing business, then it must be at least in operation for a minimum of 3 years by a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident.

It should provide permanent job offers to locals.

NB Post Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream: This stream mainly includes applicants who have graduated from a recognized university or college in New Brunswick and have the intention of permanently settling in NB by starting or acquiring a business in the province.
Eligibility criteria:

NB Strategic Initiative Stream: This stream is mainly for French-speaking foreign workers who have the required skills, which will contribute to the economy.
Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be between 19 to 55 years.

Language proficiency test score of minimum CLB level 5.

Educational qualification equal to Canadian High School Diploma.

The applicant must have a valid job offer under the employer from New Brunswick under NOC Level 0, A, B, C or D.

The applicants must show a paid working experience of a minimum of one year.

Proof of sufficient funds minimum of $12,669 CAD.

The applicant's minimum score should be 65 points in various selection factors.

The proof shows the intention of living and working in New Brunswick.

In the case of regulated occupation, a license or certificate is required.

The applicant should have conducted an exploratory visit or had a job offer or a direct invitation to apply.
