Sponsorship Program: Canada Immigration boasts one of the most extensive family reunification programs. Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are at least 18 years old may be eligible to sponsor their parents or grandparents and their spouses, common-law partners etc.

You’re not a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada registered in Canada as an Indian. You must have permanent resident status, proof of income to support the people you want to sponsor, you are in jail, prison or penitentiary, and didn't pay back an immigration loan.
You didn't give the financial support you agreed to when you signed a sponsorship agreement to sponsor someone else in the past, declared bankruptcy and are not discharged, receive social assistance for a reason, any offence against a relative inside or outside Canada, can’t legally stay in Canada and must leave the country because you received a removal Order etc.
Who you can sponsor:
You can sponsor your own parents and grandparents. If you sponsor divorced parents and grandparents then you’ll need to submit separate applications .
If your divorced parents or grandparents have a current spouse, common-law partner , these people become dependent on the application. In the application, you can include your brothers and sisters, or half brothers and sisters, or step one also.
How to apply:
If you’re invited to apply to sponsor your parents and grandparents, there are 2 applications there. You must apply to become a sponsor, your parents or grandparents for PR.
Firstly, get an invitation to apply. Potential sponsors to apply to sponsor their parents and grandparents are invited.
Secondly, apply online. Don’t start filling out your application. Fill only if you are invited. Your application willbe rejected if you apply and are not invited.
The sponsor must also print and sign these forms by hand, should give electronic copies of the signed forms to the person you’re sponsoring, who will upload them to their online application, and electronically sign for the entire application, including those of any other family members.
Thirdly, Pay your application fees. In most cases, your fees will include processing fees for you, the people you’re sponsoring and their dependents, the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, the biometrics fee. Pay a biometrics fee when you submit. Third party fee depending on your situation, you may need to pay third parties for your medical exam, a police certificate.
Fourth, Submit your online application. Before you submit your application, make sure you answer all questions, electronically sign your application, include your processing fee receipt, upload all the supporting documents, include your letter of invitation to the 2021 program and choose others.
Fifth is to Send us additional information during processing. You have to submit your medical exams, police certificates and all. You don’t have to include police certificates when you apply and we’ll ask you for them later in the process.
