UK’s Young Professional Scheme - UK Visa Without Sponsor or Job

Now get a UK Visa without a sponsor or job with the UK's Young Professional Scheme specially for Indian citizens.

The new immigration programme in the United Kingdom will soon be available to qualifying Indians. The nicest aspect is that you can apply without a sponsor or a job offer.

Indian nationals with degrees in the age range of 18 to 30 are eligible to live and work in the UK for up to two years under the Young Professionals Scheme.

The Young Professionals Scheme between the UK and India will provide 3,000 spots each year.

The British High Commission in India stated in a tweet that qualified candidates must express their interest in the Young Professionals Scheme by participating in a ballot between February 28 and March 2.

The ballot will choose participants at random, and if you are chosen, you will be invited to submit your visa application.

Because the programme is mutual, UK professionals in a comparable circumstance would also be eligible to participate by moving to and working in India.

In order to qualify, the candidate must:

  1. Have received an invitation to apply in accordance with the arrangements for invitations to apply.
  1. Have submitted their application during the timeframe given on the invitation to apply.
  1. Give the special application number associated with the invitation to apply.
  1. A police clearance certificate or a local police certificate that was issued no more than six months prior to the application date.
  1. Hold a degree or other credential at least equal to RQF level 6 (a bachelor's degree or higher).

Application materials for admission must include:

  1. A duplicate of the certification.
  2. Written proof that the candidate has finished their studies and graduated with the relevant qualification must come from the institution or university.

It is a component of the larger Youth Mobility Scheme, which employs a two-tier system where applicants from Australia (30,000 places), Canada (6,000 places), Monaco (1,000 places), New Zealand (13,000 places), San Marino (1,000 places), and Iceland (1,000 places) can apply directly for a visa, while those from Japan (1,500 places), South Korea (1,000 places), Hong Kong (1,000 places), Taiwan (1,000 places), and India (3,000 places) must go through a balloting process.

India is the only visa-required nation with this programme, save from Japan.

According to UK Home Office figures, India surpassed China as the top source country for student visas issued by the UK in the year ending June 2022.

According to the MEA statement, with the approval of the Roadmap 2030 for Future Relations, India and the UK have a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

We hope that this scheme will benefit a lot of deserving and hardworking young Indians, for more updates, click here.
