Write a letter to the manager of the grocery shop in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things
- Describe the problem that you have faced
- Explain the items you have purchased
- Suggest what the manager should do to resolve it
Dear Manager,
I'm sending you this email to tell you about a problem I had at your grocery store recently. When I got the bill, I saw that I was charged for a few things that I hadn't bought.
I bought a carton of milk, a loaf of bread, a pack of butter, a dozen eggs, and a few different kinds of vegetables. But I was surprised to see that I was also charged for a pack of cookies and a bottle of soda that I didn't buy.
I kindly ask you to do what needs to be done to fix this billing mistake. I'd like you to give me back the money I paid for the cookies and soda. I would also suggest that your staff be more careful when billing so that these kinds of mistakes don't happen again.
I like your store and the high-quality items you sell. So, I hope this problem gets fixed as soon as possible so I can keep coming back as a loyal customer. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Sincerely,
ABC
