Dear Manager,
I'm writing to let you know that I wasn't happy with the service I got from your courier company a few days ago. I went to your office to send my brother some important papers, but I wasn't happy with the service I got.
First of all, the workers were very rude to me and didn't want to answer my questions. They weren't professional and didn't show any respect for the customers. It was clear that they didn't care about their jobs and were only there to get paid.
This kind of behaviour is not acceptable and could cause the company to lose its loyal customers. When I come to your office as a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and a professional attitude. But that wasn't what happened to me at all.
I'd appreciate it if the company took the steps needed to make sure that this wouldn't happen again. I hope the company will take my complaint seriously and do what's needed to fix the problem.
I hope that in the future, your company will give better service and treat customers with the respect they deserve. Thank you for paying attention to this matter.
