To the Railway Administration,
I am writing to express my discontent with the train services I received during my recent trip to Vancouver. I am extremely dissatisfied with the substandard service and lack of proper amenities.
During my journey, I noticed that the train was running behind schedule, which caused passengers with important meetings and appointments to be inconvenienced. In addition, the restrooms were not clean and sanitary, which is unacceptable for a long journey. The food quality was also subpar and did not justify the high prices.
I was not the only passenger to encounter these issues. I have heard similar complaints from other frequent passengers who are also dissatisfied with the current state of railway services. It is the responsibility of the authorities to provide long-distance travellers with adequate amenities.
Therefore, I strongly urge you to improve the quality of services provided to passengers by taking the necessary measures. This will not only help to attract more passengers, but it will also improve the experience for frequent travellers.
