Write an email to the Manager of the apartment in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:
- Give a description of the wallet and the time when you found it.
- Ask help from manager of the building in tracing the owner
Dear Manager,
Today, I discovered a wallet in the apartment building's elevator. I am writing to inform you of this discovery. I would like to return the wallet to its rightful owner, as it appears to have been lost.
The wallet is brown and has a zipper closure on top. It contains cash, credit cards, and an identification card. This morning at 9 a.m., I discovered it in the third-floor elevator.
I am unsure of how to locate the wallet's owner and would appreciate your assistance in this matter. The best course of action would be for the building management to send a notice to all residents informing them of the lost wallet and requesting any information about its owner.
I believe it is important to take responsibility and assist our fellow citizens in any way possible, so I am hoping you can assist in this matter. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Thank you for your consideration of this issue.
Sincerely,
ABC
