Write an email to the restaurant's manager in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:
- State what problems you had with the food you ordered.
- Complain about the service.
- Describe how you want the hotel to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Dear Restaurant Manager,
I organized a birthday party at your restaurant and was disappointed with the food and service. Despite your restaurant's reputation for great food and service, my experience was terrible.
First, the food we ordered was subpar. The dishes were cold and tasteless. We ordered a variety of dishes, but they all tasted bland and seemed to have been under the heat lamp too long. The meat was dry and overcooked, and the vegetables were too. It fell short of expectations.
We also received poor service. We had to ask for water and bread several times, and our server was unresponsive. Our food was also delayed and not served simultaneously, ruining the experience.
I expected more for the price of the meal. I request that you resolve the issue by offering a refund or a free meal. It would be fair for our bad experience.
I hope you'll take my concerns seriously and take steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
