- How it would  be beneficial for the company

Dear Manager,

I am writing to inform you of an issue with the laptop I purchased from your store last week. I'm ABC and I live in Toronto. I purchased a brand-new laptop at a discount from your store and used it for the first time last week. However, the laptop will not turn on, so I cannot use it.

Since I use my laptop for both personal and professional purposes, I am extremely dissatisfied with this event. The laptop has been charged and the power supply has been inspected, but it still does not function.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I believe the laptop to have been defective and would like to receive a replacement. Please find enclosed a copy of my receipt for your records.

As a loyal customer of your store, I have faith that you will take prompt action to resolve this issue. I believe that providing excellent customer service is essential to the success of any business, and I hope you will take this opportunity to demonstrate that your store values its customers.

Thank you for your consideration of this issue. I anticipate hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

ABC
