I'm contacting you in regard to the faulty cell phone I bought from your business. My name is ABC, and I bought a Samsung Galaxy A30 phone from your shop on 03 March.
Unfortunately, a short time after being purchased, the phone stopped functioning properly. The phone hasn't been fixed despite the fact that I spoke with your representative more than a week ago.
As you can imagine, this has put me through a great deal of inconvenience because I depend on my phone for a number of significant tasks. The broken phone has caused me a lot of stress and frustration because I have missed several crucial calls and messages. I am dissatisfied with the phone's build quality and your company's lack of assistance in resolving the problem.
I kindly ask you to act right away to resolve the problem with my phone. I would appreciate it if your team could schedule a repair as soon as possible or get me a new phone. I anticipate that this issue will be resolved quickly because the phone is still covered by warranty.
