As you are aware, an important part of a car, particularly in the current hot weather, is the air conditioner. During my trip, its malfunction has caused me a lot of inconvenience and discomfort. Long distances had to be travelled in the heat, which made me uncomfortable and dehydrated.
I kindly ask you to act right away to fix the problem with the car's air conditioner. I would appreciate it if your team could make arrangements for a repair as soon as possible so that I can finish my trip in comfort. Please get me a replacement car as soon as you can if the repair is impossible.
