I hope you are well and reading this email. I've been thinking about this for a few weeks, so I'm writing to let you know about it. Recently, a new neighbour moved in and has been making a lot of noise, which is upsetting my peace and bothering me.

The level of noise has gotten to the point where it interferes with my daily activities, makes it hard for me to focus on my work, and keeps me up at night. I've tried to talk to my neighbour about this, but it seems like things are getting worse and worse every day.

Although I acknowledge that everyone has the right to their own privacy and freedom, the constant noise makes it difficult for me to live peacefully in my apartment. I would be appreciative if you could resolve this issue.

Could you please try to find a way to lower the noise levels by talking to the new neighbour? Please take the necessary action to make sure that everyone can live in harmony and peace within the structure; I would greatly appreciate it.
