I'm writing to let you know about a billing mistake I noticed on my credit card statement. I was overcharged by $450 because I was charged twice for the same item at ZARA Store on 22-02-2023.
I had purchased a bag from ZARA using my credit card. I was shocked to learn that I had received two bills for the same transaction, though. The merchant and I have already confirmed that there was only one transaction and that I was only charged once.
I respectfully ask that you look into the situation and correct the error. I ask that you credit my account as soon as possible for the overcharged amount. I also ask that once the issue has been resolved, you send me a new credit card statement.
I have always been a trustworthy and devoted customer of your business, and I sincerely hope that you will handle this situation quickly and effectively.
