Write an email to the manager of the airport in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:
- Provide details of your flight.
- Explain about the problem that you had.
Greetings, Airport Manager
I'm writing to let you know how disappointed I am in the level of service I recently received at your airport. I had a flight booked on [date] with [airline name] to go to [location].
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at the airport. First, the check-in procedure was cumbersome and slow, which caused a long line and a delay in receiving my boarding pass. The check-in counter staff was also unhelpful and lacked effective communication skills.
Additionally, there wasn't enough signage or announcements to help me locate my gate. I was forced to ask for help from several airport employees, which took time and was frustrating.
My overall airport experience fell short of my expectations, and I believe that more effort needs to be put into enhancing the services offered to travellers.
I sincerely hope you will consider my suggestions and work to enhance the services and amenities offered by the airport.
I appreciate you taking the time to consider this, and I hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
ABC
