Writing Task 1:Writing an Email

Write an email as Uber driver misbehaved with you on the way to the office and you reached office late.

Write an email to the Uber support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

- Write about the incident.

- Suggest ways to improve services.

 

Dear Uber Support,

I'm writing to complain about my morning ride with one of your drivers. The Uber driver who took me to work was rude and unprofessional.

The driver drove recklessly from the start, and when I politely asked him to slow down, he shouted and swore at me. He also insisted on a longer, more congested route. Moreover, he was using his phone while driving, which put my safety at risk.

I was late to work because of this driver's misbehaviour.

Please take action against this driver and prevent future incidents. Uber drivers need more training on professionalism and customer service.

I also recommend that passengers rate drivers after each ride to identify bad drivers and improve Uber's service.

I hope you'll respond soon and take steps to treat passengers with respect and professionalism.
