Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor quality of furniture that was delivered to me last week. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the chairs were wobbly and unstable, and the table had scratches and dents all over its surface.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the furniture that I received, and I believe that this falls well below the standards that your store is known for. I was looking forward to using this furniture to entertain guests in my home, but it is currently unusable due to its poor quality.
I am requesting an immediate repair or replacement of the furniture as needed. I believe that this is a reasonable request given the amount of money that I spent on these items. I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint and hope that this matter can be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
