Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the food and service I received on February 22, 2023, at your restaurant. My family and I had dinner at your restaurant, but our experience was less than satisfactory.
Initially, the food we ordered did not meet our expectations. The food was not cooked to our specifications, and some was cold and stale. This was disappointing, as we had high expectations based on the reputation of your restaurant.
In addition, the service was not satisfactory. The waiter was slow to take our orders, and we had to remind him of our requests multiple times. In addition, he appeared uninterested in serving us, which made our meal unpleasant.
As a regular patron of your restaurant, I am dissatisfied with this experience and would like to request that you take the necessary measures to ensure that it does not occur again. I would appreciate a refund for the subpar food, and I hope that you will improve your service.
