Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your airline's service on my recent flight from A City to B City. I have been a frequent passenger of your airline for many years, and I have always admired the excellent service provided by your employees. Recent events, however, have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
Several issues arose during my flight, making my journey quite unpleasant. Initially, the seats were extremely uncomfortable and lacked sufficient legroom.
Second, the air conditioning on the flight was not working properly, and the entire flight was extremely hot and uncomfortable. In addition, the food served during the flight was of poor quality and did not meet the expectations I have come to have for your airline.
I would like to emphasize that these issues are not unique to my most recent flight, but have been present on several of my most recent flights. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by your airline, which I believe has declined significantly over the past few months.
I hope that you will investigate these issues and take the necessary steps to enhance the quality of service provided to your customers. I eagerly await your response regarding this matter.
