Hello Sir, 

My name is John. Last Saturday, me and my friends Mike and Ron went to the Walmart at Gerrard Square Toronto. We are regular at your Walmart, and every Saturday, we go there for the weekly groceries shopping. 

We were shopping for groceries last Saturday too. While shopping, we split; Mike and I were looking for the packed food while Ron was shopping for the toiletries. 

Ron could not find the Toothpaste we often used and asked one of your workers, David (As per name tag), for help. But instead of helping Ron, your worker told him to get the one on the shelf and started arguing with him. 

After listening to the noise, we went there and asked what had happened. But instead of replying, he started shouting at us. When we tried to approach him, he started throwing things at us, and my friend’s head was hit by the shampoo bottle. 

This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated. So I urge you to take serious action against your employee. 

You should also provide mental counselling to your employees.
