Mr Manager,
My name is Nikki, and I have been a regular customer of your car rental company for the last three years. I am writing this email to bring my concern regarding my dissatisfaction and disappointment with your company's service.
Last month on 25th June, I took a black Audi car on rent and its number plate is GJ12AA3444. I gave my advance deposit of 1100 CAD at that time. A week ago, my whole family and I went for a picnic. Unfortunately, at, the halfway car's air conditioner system has stopped to working correctly.
When I checked, the temperature of the engine was very high. Immediately, I called my friend, a technician in the car. Moreover, I call your company simultaneously, but you do not take action. I request you to kindly fix this problem as soon as possible. I will be obliged if you consider my above request.
