You rented a car from Car Rental Company. The air conditioner has stopped working. You called the company a week ago but it has still not been repaired.

Write an email to the Car Rental Company in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things: 

- Introduce yourself.

- Explain the situation.

- Say what action you would like the company to take.

Respected Manager,

My name is Nikki, and I have been a regular customer of your car rental company for the last three years. I am writing this email to bring my concern regarding my dissatisfaction and disappointment with your company's service.

Last month on 25th June, I took a blue Audi car for rent. The number plate of the car is GJ18 3456. I gave my advance deposit of 1000 CAD at that time. I checked the car was working correctly.

Unfortunately, after three days of taking the car. The air conditioner system was broken automatically. I did not have that type of accident. An AC blows hot air instead of cold air. I called your company immediately and complained about the broken Air conditioner of the car. Your company staff told me they would fix this problem within three days. But still, Your company did not fix it. Seven days ago I complained about my car.

Therefore, I request you to kindly fix this problem as soon as possible. I will be obliged if you consider my above request. I am looking forward to your positive response and thank you in anticipation.
