Write an Email to the Website support department. You recently made an online purchase and the product was not as same as the description on the website.

Write an email to the Website support department in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

- What you purchased and when?

- Exactly how is it different from the website description 

- How would you like the company to resolve it?

Dear Sir,

The purpose of my writing today is to inform you about the product which I purchased on your website.

My name is Nikki, I have been using your website to purchase products very often. Also, I have a prime account, and my membership number is 123456, and my latest problematic invoice details are INV12345.

Firstly, I purchased a smartphone, Samsung Galaxy14, on your website dated 20th August 2022 on the Wonder day sale. The description of the phone shown on your website is black with 256GB of space. But the product which I received is an entirely different brand and colour. 

I am very disappointed about this order; I long waited for this product. I specially order my best friend's birthday gift. But the product is entirely different. I recommend replacing this order as much as possible with the right product.

Thanks for your consideration. I hope this kind of mistake will not happen in future orders.
