Write an Email to the Manager of your Insurance company. On a recent holiday, you lost a valuable item. Fortunately, you have travel insurance to cover the cost of anything lost.

Write an email to the Manager of your Insurance company in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

- Describe the item you lost.

- How you lost it.

- What would you like the insurance company to do for you

Dear Mr Manager,

I am Nikki, a premium abroad travel policyholder bearing account number A12345. Writing this epistle to report a missing laptop on my foreign holiday trip to Australia last week booked via your official website.

To start with, as I boarded the tourist travel bus bag, local staff placed it in the bus trunk, and upon reaching the hotel luggage was shifted to rooms and my consternation, the laptop was missing from the luggage. Though I inquired about the same from the reception and after making some calls, they showed their inability to help further. Thus a missing luggage complaint was registered at the nearest police station.

Secondly, this item covers under travel insurance, and for valuation, a purchase receipt was also attached, which can be verified online on the company website. Even as policy states, a claim can be processed in one week. Please look into the claim request and process it at your earliest convenience.
