Mr Director,

I am writing an e-mail to raise concern for public safety and the eerie encounter I had at the zoological park on Saturday last week, which ended with the loss of human life.

To begin with, this weekend, the park was crowded with numerous people enjoying their time with family and friends, and thus a person while filming a tiger cage fell down from the top and lost his life to an apex predator, which sent shocks to the audience standing on fencing.

Secondly, the cause of this incident is short fencing, which can be easily trespassed by even a 10-year-old kid, even though the audience usually jumps over it in excitement to get a close glimpse of the lion.

As far as concern for the safety of visitors, The height of fencing should be raised along with the permanent deployment of the security guard. A proper guidebook should be given in addition to the tickets. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
