I am writing this mail to inform you that yesterday when I was returning from the office. I found a gold chain near the kids play area. I tried to identify the owner of the gold chain, but could not able to find one.

Looking at the gold chain, I can easily make out that it belongs to a small kid. During the day time, kids spend their time in the play area. It seems while playing the game, someone has lost their gold chain.
I need your help to see the footage of the Camera installed in the play area. I am sure we will able to get more details to identify the owner of the gold chain. I also urge you to put a notice on the notice board at the society office so that we can bring this incident to the resident's attention.

I hope we will able to succeed in finding the owner of the gold chain. I will appreciate your prompt action on this issue. I am looking forward to your reply on this mail very soon.
