I am writing to express concern regarding the purchase I had from your website. I purchased a book last week from your site and just received the parcel.

I ordered a book named-Organic Chemistry Volume-2 by Universal Authors. Although I selected the latest version of the book but when I received the parcel, I found that it is the older version of the book, which I already studied last month.

I am a student in high school, and my exams will start by next month. I need the latest version of the book as they have published new chapters, and the latest studies on the science in it. Since there I have only one month left for the preparation, I need the book at earliest.

I am requesting you to please mail me the latest version of the book. Please share your mail address so that I can courier the older version as well.
