Dear PTC Manager,
I am residing in mid-town Toronto. I am writing this email to inform you that from the past one week we are facing issues with public transportation. I am a daily commuter for office using PTC. In general, it took only 30 minutes to reach the office from home but from last week onwards it taking almost 1 hour.
From Bloor young station I do not get a chance to get in the train towards Eastbound. We are paying a fixed price for a monthly pass and we didn't get enough facilities from PTC transport.
Another reason is for the daily uncertain train timetable I missed my important meetings in the office. I would like to give a suggestion to you that please increase the train frequency during peak hours to overcome the problem which public observing nowadays.
I believe there are more than 50% of people in Toronto who are using public transport in daily commuting purposes. I hope my suggestion would be considered to overcome this issue.
