Dear Manager of railway authorities,
I am writing this email to complain about the issue the regular people are suffering from during their day to day travel via train.
I made an online reservation on 3rd January for Vancouver to attend the official meeting. While online booking I select your train based on the facilities you mention on your website.
As per your website, you provide free wifi but during my journey of 3 hours the wifi worked only for 10 minutes and when I checked with the other passengers they told me that its a common problem.
Also, the leg-space between the seats is very less. It is lesser than the stranded space. I think you should mention this on your online portal. This will help the customer to make a wise choice during booking.
Finally, by the time I reached my destination I was tired and was not able to pay proper attention in a meeting. The overall experience was dissatisfaction.
I want you to take appropriate action to fix the wifi issue and update the website with the detail of the leg space.
