Dear Sir/Mam,

Hello, my name is  Ala, I am enrolled in your 6 months teaching training programme and  I would like to enquire about the campus residency availability. As my study period is for half a year, I am looking for renting a one-bedroom bachelor accommodation with amenities.

Additionally, I have a couple of preferences, such as a room on the lower floors, preferably either on the ground floor or the first floor. Furthermore, it would be fantastic, if it includes a small kitchen, as I intend to cook, also I am not a big fan of using common toilets, hence the attached bathroom in the room is required.

Next, I would like to know, how much it would cost me and the payment schedules, also can I make monthly payments? if so is the online payment mode acceptable.
 
As far as my stay is concerned, I would be requiring the living quarters from the 1st of February to the end of August 2020. Besides, if there are any changes in my study programme, I would be advising you in advance.
