Goverment is worried because of discipline and respect in schools being replaced with harassment and voilence, directed at teachers. Government has sent out an opinion survey to know about the possible ways to control the situation.
Option A: Special training for the teachers: Special training sessions should be arranged for the school teachers.
Option B: Introduction of the new curriculum: New curriculum with yoga and meditation classes should be introduced.
A problem of violence and harassment is mounting in almost every school worldwide. Therefore, a special training session for teachers would be wise to ensure discipline and respect.
Undoubtedly, teachers are well educated and experienced. But in this competitive world, nothing stays the same. Everything is changing and coping with this change, and teachers require special behaviour lessons regularly. So that they can better understand the psychology of the students and control them according to it, such steps help students be more disciplined and well-mannered.
Moreover, some students are highly notorious. They disturb the whole class environment. Therefore, special spiritual and psychological training should be imparted to teachers to deal with such students. With the help of training, they can remove ill-mannered tendencies from students' minds, and they start understanding the importance of discipline and respect.
Discipline and respect both are essential factors for strengthening students' personalities. It is only possible if well-trained teachers are available for them. So, this is why I opine in favour of option A
