I am John, and I would like to bring your attention to the order mismatch, which I purchased online from your website www.abc.com.

To begin, I bought "The Fundamental of physics 7th edition", but I received "The Fundamental of physics 6th editions". Furthermore, I contacted the customer representative through chat features of your website, but I did not get any solution for the same.

After this, I also contacted over the phone, did not get any proper response, which was an awful experience for me.

Additionally,  I desperately need the 7th edition of the book, as this edition only has new chapters on modern physics. Furthermore, I have an exam in August month, and I have only three months left in my hand to study, and I don't want to miss any questions in the exam.

Finally, Could you please help me to get my book replaced by the correct edition of the book as soon as possible. My Order no is 6833384 and made payment through papal.
