Write an email to the restaurant's manager in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:
- State what problems you had with the food you ordered
- Complain about the service
- Describe how you want the restaurant to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Dear Restaurant Manager,
I am writing to you to express my concern I have about my recent experience at your restaurant. I booked a place for my Anniversary dinner party with my family on 31st December 2019. I had inferior experience with service and food.
However, I had to wait for an hour to get my table even though I reserved it in advance. Furthermore, we ordered a vegetarian pizza since we are vegetarian. Although, there was a slice of meat inside it. I addition to that, the waiters were not able to explain food properly and look untrained.
I would like to request you to enhance your service quality and well train your servers to get better reviews. One other thing, chefs should make recipes as per order.
I hope you consider my opinion to improve the quality of your restaurant. As this is famous and one of my favorite restaurants.
