Dear Bookseller,
I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction about my recent online purchase of Wren and Martin High School grammar book.
I placed the order online at www.wrenmartin.com for the latest version 20.0. Unfortunately, when the delivery is received I noticed the version to be 19.0. I made online payment for the latest version only. However, I am not sure what went wrong at your end, but I received the earlier version.
I am in an urgent need of the latest edition as in the next 2 weeks, I got an exam on English grammar. I thoroughly prepared by referring the earlier version 19.0 of Wren and Martin. I want to be updated with the latest version to ensure that I do not miss on any new topics that were included in the new edition.
Considering the importance, I request you to post the latest edition right away so that I will be receiving it in the next couple of days. Also, I will be posting the book which I received through courier-service.
