Hi,

My name is Harry, I am writing to complain about some issues I encountered with the MacBook Pro Apple laptop that I purchased from your online store a few days ago.  

Firstly, the colour I ordered, based on the description I saw on the website, is different from what I got from the company. I ordered a silver-coloured laptop, whereas a blue one was delivered. 

Secondly, the specification of the one I got is different from what I ordered online. I was expecting a 1 TB RAM Laptop but I received a 500GB RAM one. 

I would like to return this Laptop so that the right one with the specification and colour that I ordered could be sent to me. I will appreciate it if the company can arrange a free pickup of the one I got, and a free delivery of the actual one that I ordered, as I have exceeded my budget for a laptop.

Your assistance in rectifying this problem will be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to hear from you soon.
