This is regarding my recent online shopping on your website on the 7th of April, 2022. I purchased multiple items but one item which was a baseball cap did not really meet my expectation. The item tracking id is 12345 and I have paid 23 CAD for the same.
There is a discrepancy between the product description and what has been delivered to me. The cap on the website shows it has a velcro strap to adjust the head fitting but the one that I received is with a hook and does not fulfil the purpose. I have again validated by visiting the website and it shows the product I want.
I would request you to quickly exchange the cap as I have to attend an event next week and this specific cap is part of my dress code. In case of unavailability, I would not mind getting a refund for the same.
I would really appreciate it if you could expedite the exchange process. I look forward to your prompt response.
