My name is Alan; I am writing to complain about the service I received when a visited your restaurant for dinner yesterday. There are quite a few things that I am dissatisfied about during my visit to the restaurant.
First of all, the service was not very good. The waiter that attended to me was not professional and was also inattentive. For instance, I asked her for water 3 times while waiting for my order, and she didn't bring the water I requested until my mail was served.
Secondly, I couldn't eat the meal I requested (Fries and fish) because it was served cold. Surprisingly, the waiter that served me insisted that the meal was warm. Despite my complaint, the waiter insisted that the meal was warm which made me reject the meal,l but the waiter insisted that I pay for it.
Unfortunately, I had to pay for it as you were not available to resolve this issue. Since I didn't eat the meal I would like the restaurant to refund the 15 dollars that I paid. I can provide my bank details if you will be able to assist in refunding the money.
