I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention to our college cafeteria, which needs improvement.

I am a regular customer, and it is pretty convenient and affordable to eat. But I have noticed some issues that must be fixed immediately.

The first problem is related to its menu, which is quite typical. It is the main reason for its poor sales. So, it is urgent to add more varieties to the menu. This effort increases the customer flow. 

Another disappointing factor about it is the staff. The waiters are rude and irresponsible. They take more time to place orders and sometimes start misbehaving without any reason. In addition, poor food quality and limited space contribute a lot to making the situation more worsen.

To improve it, a new cook should be appointed to cook different varieties according to the customers' taste. Secondly, behavior training should be provided to the cafeteria staff. Finally, the space can be extended by adding storage space with no use. Apart from it, high-quality oil, vegetables, and spices must be used to improve food quality.
