Dear Manager,
My name is Greyson, living in block three near your store. I also own a gold membership #G1652 of your store for all my groceries. I am writing this email to inform you about a minor incident that happened with me yesterday afternoon near your store exit.
After paying for my groceries at the billing counter, I headed towards the nearest exit doors and all of a sudden, I slipped and fell on the floor badly due to the wet floor left open after housekeeping activities. I got hurt in my lower back and right elbow, resulting in ruining my clothes as well. I had to visit the urgent care to get an x-ray or know if there were any bone injuries. Fortunately, the pain was only there because of some minor swelling, and there were no significant injuries.
I want to make a few suggestions to avoid such a situation happening with anyone else. Firstly, staff should keep either the "Wet Floor" sign or belt barriers if the floor is wet. Secondly, instead of using a traditional cleaner, you could use a rapid drier from the store. Finally, an air blower can be a good alternative for quick drying. Feel free to contact me in case we need to discuss this further.
Regards,
Greyson
