I am writing to inform you that I recently bought an item from your official website. And when I got the delivery of my purchase it was entirely a different product.
I ordered a medium size Cider brand Asymmetrical purple tunic of medium size last week on Tuesday. When I saw this attire online I wanted to buy it immediately because of its unique style and design. After reading the product description I quickly took a decision and placed an order, because the fabric and the detailing on the tunic were so adorable as shown in the pictures.
However, when I got the parcel it made me entirely dissatisfied with your online services. In my parcel, I received a Horse brand tunic in the same colour but it had a totally different style and design. Although I received a size medium, this attire is not exactly what I can keep in my wardrobe.
Therefore, I request you to exchange the item with what I had purchased. And if the stock is unavailable I would like a full refund of my money.
I have attached the images of what I ordered and received, along with my payment receipt for your reference. I look forward to your response.
