First of all, I think both ideas have very good benefits but I definitely think that a Baseball ground will be the best choice.

Since I was a child, I've always found myself in love with Baseball, but it has been so difficult to find a place to play. I know that maybe I sound a bit selfish but I realized that I'm not the only one, the other day I saw many kids trying to play Baseball on the street, which I think is very dangerous because they don't have an appropriate place to play.

Even though having new athletic tracks would be nice, I think a Baseball ground would be way more efficient because most of the people living here (mostly kids) prefer Baseball rather than athletics. Another reason is that Baseball includes more people than athletics, and we can incentive people of all ages to join (not as athletics that you might find yourself limited due to your physical condition as we all know is a very exacting sport).

Finally, I would like to say that I am so grateful for the opportunity to give my opinion, whatever you choose will be a great benefit to our community.
